resolve limitation

a few months ago my credit card linked to PayPal was found to have fraud charges on it. There was a charge of $33.29 that was included in the fraud charges that should not have been included for it was a valid purchase I made. But I had to destroy my card ending in 6204. I have since entered a new card number to link to PayPal. Could you please help me resolve this and remove limitation?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
