Hi,

 

There has been a dispute raised on my account. It states my sister has raised the dispute on 2 occasions, she hasn't raised the dispute & no longer has the bank account that was used previously. (Sept & Oct 2020)

 

The money has been taken out of my credit card account & I am not getting any help from Paypal to resolve this.

 

I have asked to speak to the fraud team but the phone just keeps going dead
