I purchased an item using paypal, and the item is not even close to the description or pictures on the ad. I disputed the amount and the seller came back multiple times with nothing close to what I paid. I was offered still another ridiculous offer and refused. Now I a waiting for review from paypal again. Does this usually take a long time?
