made a purchase from on June 15th. Couldn't contact seller and no confirmation of purchase so I started a dispute june 17th. It is still open. Seller sent a false USPS Tracking number which shows it shipped on May 31st!! How they did that i don't know. Says I received it on June 10th! How do I get PayPal to return my funds? The keep extending the time of resolution. Can't get thru to them by phone. Any suggestions?
