I bought a speaker from an ad using my paypal account. when it arrived , instead of it being a JBL charge 4 speaker it was a cheap no name brand mini speaker. after after many emails and the seller offering me chump change which i refused, I then filed with the resolution center because my time was almost up. so fast forward a month and my issue was closed because there wasn't any tracking information provided, which i had provided when i first opened the dispute. to find the tracking number all the resolution center had to do was read and now of course with the virus going around there isn't anyone to speak to. the case id is Case ID: PP-D-60448063. I don't understand why the case was closed when the info needed was right there for them to see . i still have all the emails from the seller and myself if it is needed.
