resolution centre - how to add more data on fake tracking number?

hi

I've got a dispute with non-delivery of an item and seller ignoring me until I did a Paypal dispute. Now he's submitted a fake tracking number but I can't feed this back to the resolution centre claim as it doesnt allow me to add a response. 

 

any ideas on how i can make this happen so Paypal know he's being a **bleep**?

It can be frustrating not being able to feedback against the invalid tracking number that your seller provided and I am sorry about that.

 

Potentially, the reason why you are not able to reply via Resolution Center is because, either your case is still waiting a response from the seller or PayPal is currently reviewing the information provided by your seller.

 

We will email you with any updates regarding the status of your claims or any additional steps that may be necessary toward resolution.
