resolution center problem

hi i have problem with some costumer i did buy him virtual product ( instagram account ), after 6 day from taking it he did damage it and ask for refund so we did talk to resolution center and we did manege to find solution.i did offer him 20 $ and he can keep the product he said yes but he did not accept the offer instead he send me the request money and after i did pay him 20 usd he did cancel the offer on resolution center and said that he changes his mind he will not accept the offer so he wants 80 usd he did pay and he took also 20 usd from me and he still has the account. the request money was scammed now i lost 80 us for the account 20usd from my own money and my account who i did sell to him

Would have been best not to have paid then really then should you?

File a dispute on the $20 for non receipt of item to get a refund.

Then if he's escalated to a claim wait for paypals decision?
