requesting a refund from a bankrupt business

hi guys, i bought tickets to an event back in dec 2019, the event was due to take place in april 2020 but rescheduled for feb 19th 21, we have just found out that the business had gone bankrupt and hasnt let anyone know, we have been trying to contact them but they dont reply to emails and they have deleted all their contact info and social media, someone suggested i contact paypal but it has obviously been more than 180 days, would paypal be able to help atall or point me in the right direction. thanks for your help in advance x
