so i've got an email from paypal that my account is limited, and that i need to confirm my identification. I've and this paypal for about 4-5 years now and i've done this in the past. when i go to my paypal resolution center it says i dont have any issues. in my account page there's a red warning to confim my identity, but when i click on resolve it takes me to a page where it says my identity is still confirming and it should take 2-4 days. its been like that for 4-5 years.
so why only now my account is limited?
