I want to know why I cannot escalate a dispute to a claim in an obvious fraud case? I sent money for hockey tickets that were never sent to me. Seller immediately blocked me from messaging him. I disputed the claim immediately . Paypal had my case under a review for a few days. In the meantime I called my bank to make sure the transaction does not go through. Paypal closed my case w/o even letting me show proof of the fraud. They currently show my account negative because they paid the seller. My bank account is now unlinked to paypal because i refuse to pay. Any advice. I warned Paypal numerous times before they closed my case. It's a matter of principle to me at this point.
