yes I been waiting on a order for a long time total of $84.39 or something like that 

had open a case and its keep change the date to be hand with.....

I need my money back

As long as its a claim you need to wait it out.

Everything is taking longer at the moment including payment releases / disputes / refunds / withdrawals etc as Paypal is working with reduced staff and in difficult circumstances due to covid, hopefully reviewed soon.
