refund

Not really a question more a case of getting it off my chest. There was fraudulent activity on my account, to which PayPal informed me. I checked my account and they were correct. But in PayPal's wisdom, rather than stop the transactions there and then and reverse them, PayPal decided to leave it, to which over the following days numerous transactions (some 20 +) left my bank account, which left me in the red 2 days before Christmas and throughout the whole festive period. From what I can only imagine as shear luck, a human picked up on my plight, and initiated the refunds. Not all of the refunds of course, this is PayPal we're talking about. Not only did they miss four transactions, some 10 days later a further 3 transactions left my bank swiftly kicking my **bleep** back into the red. With PayPal now claiming I authorised the fraudulent transactions that they alerted me to. Here we 15 days later, I'm still 150 quid shot in the red, PayPal are not answering messages and the cheeky **bleep**ers now ringing me because my PayPal balance is in the red. I think it's time to start hunting down some PayPal email addresses off people who don't want emailing
