Hi ive been asking paypal to organize a refund on a item I haven't received, now I informed paypal I would be in hospital , if they could continue to follow up my concerns but i'm not sure whats happened but the case was closed while I was sick !!! I have emailed the seller a few times , heard nothing , I used the tracking number , it said that number wasn't valid !! i'm so not sure whatelse I can do here as im very upset with paypal as they have completely ignored my messages , plz can someone give me some advice on what I can do next as its not a small amount . many thx Victoria Baggett

Did you open a dispute for non receipt of item?

Did you escalate to a claim?
