refund refused

I have purchased a pair of trousers which were too small and I returned them.

The supplier is refusing to replace or refund them plus my £3.10 postage.

Paypal say the complaint is closed. I can't see how to challenge this.

Can anyone help?

I have had the same issue and has been refused for refund by paypal.

I do have all logs and details that shows that i have been ripped off.

Please advise
