refund issue

Hi i bought a piece of clothing from korea, when it had arrived it was damaged and i decided to open a dispute to keep the conversation via paypal. After some talk the seller sent me an offer via the "dispute chat"  that said "The seller will send you a $172.00 USD refund when they receive the returned item." i had accepted the offer and waited patiently. Now 4 days later i have still not got a refund even though the parcel has been delivered. The main problem is that the dispute is closing may 3rd and there option of escalating to paypal is unavailabile as i have accepted the offer. I dont know what to do, just want the money back
