I bought some items from the seller and paid the required amount as soon as we agree. Then he said that he sent the items with his friend but he could not find me. As a consequence I did not receive the items. I reported this issue to Paypal and the money was refunded. Then I saw that the refund was cancelled so I did not receive my money. I again reported this to Paypal, sending lots of messages but no one replied me. I do not know what to do. I want my money. Please help me what can I do?

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in). 2. Live chat is also randomly available. 3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out. Or 4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
