Thank you for posting in the community! I'm happy to clear up any confusion about receiving a payment.
Is the payment showing in your PayPal account? If the payment information is only apparent in an email and is not showing in your account, the email is likely a fake. If you received a payment and it is on hold with delayed funds availability, it will still be visible in your account. Tracking may be added to speed up the release of the payment.
