I don't receive any amount to add money section from another PayPal or from my linked bank account. Please solve the issue asap.

 

From my balance I slick add funds & then go to my bank then add money, from bank it seems transfer but in my activity, it seems none. also from another PayPal sent money seems the same action. How do I add funds to my account please advise.
