I am getting very frustrated with Paypal because I had a claim dispute rejected because Paypal didn't get back to me in time; 6 days of unanswered Message Center message and phone calls. I am not going to pay 3/4 of the cast of the item that is supposed to be refunded in shipping. It is unacceptable for the seller or PayPal to expect that. I need to speak with someone. How can I get help?
