re-instated reverse charge - who has my money?

Help! I had a customer dispute a charge which was reversed over two months ago.  When I spoke to the customer he realized what the charge was contacted his credit card company (Chase) and re-authorized the charge.  The money was charged against him over a month ago, and I have not received the payment.  All I get is it is under review.  Somebody has his money and it is not him or I. I need to talk to somebody in person because the chat isn't worth crap.  Is there any realistic way to solve this without going to the BBB?
