They tell me about LIMITATIONS ON YOUR ACCOUNT. 

Help Centre is inexistent. 

I am getting payments from ebay for selling items. I am using other cards to pay for shipping.

I've attached the page of the "resolution centre" with a forever error.

They want more general info, but i don't know how to send (contact also) because there isn't a button.

Because the account in question has been blocked due Limitations for a month or more. I've been contacting support every Monday and Friday for weeks but they ignore me. I can show the thousands of messages sent - the best is the robot that always answers with automatic questions.

I'm in trouble plus I have to pay taxes and leasings this year, but I have all the money on paypal, because I only work with this account.

Paypal does not help.
