A while ago, my paypal account was restricted and I was told I am not allowed to send any money from it, until 180 days have passed. The 180 days passed and I received an email saying "Your paypal money is now eligible for transfer. To transfer money from your account, please log in to paypal".
So I logged into my paypal but when I attempt to transfer the money, I am shown the message in the screenshot below.
I've tried going through the various help and support channels but most of them just take me round in a loop. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you.
