Hello, I'm typinh this message on my friend's paypal account but I'm unable to log into my paypal account as I'm prompted with the message above. I tried leaving paypal alone for a couple of days and trying again but nothing. I tried calling paypal but the wait times we're terribly long. Does anyone know how to fix this, I need my paypal account back asap as I am need of funds.
