"Some Account Information Is Missing or Incorrect" - Still Pending?!
I would really appreciate some assistance.
I logged in to my account around 3 weeks ago and saw that a restriction had been place on my account due to taking in a certain amount of £££.
I was asked to provide more information like directors' details and additional business information, as well as signing a letter of authorization.
I understand that this is all for security once you have taken in a certain amount of £££ which is fair enough.
The only problem is I provided all the required information 2 weeks ago (including a completed and signed letter of authorization) but when I log into my account I still see the following notification:
When I click on the notification it displays the following:
My question is - why is this taking so long (over 2 weeks) and what can be done about it?
