"Signatory not an authorized person" – but I'm the owner! [Account limitation challenges]

Hi, my account has been limited and I've been trying to submit the letter of authorization required. I keep getting a response that it's incomplete.

The last one I received said the issue was that the signatory is not an authorized person. However, I am the signatory and I am the owner so, there is no other authorized person. We're missing payments and orders as a result of this limitation and it's frustrating that I can't get this resolved. I look forward to your assistance.
