Hi all, I am getting the following error message in my account limitations section. It is asking me to resolve issues in my other PayPal account in order to rectify my current account. However, when I try to sign in to the other account, it does not let me. It also does not let me reset the password. When I call the PayPal phone number, it tells me agents are not taking calls right now and to use the website. What should my next steps be? The message is as follows:
