"Resolve Account Issue" looping

I get the message "There’s a problem with your account. Be sure to resolve it to restore full account access" but then there is nothing but a loop back to the same message. In addition, thought this notification has been on my account for weeks I bypass the warning and have not experienced any limitation in my transactions.
