I'm about to go into a **bleep**ing coma if I don't get this **bleep** figured out.
I'm a freelance artist and I've just received money from a client and it says "money is waiting for you" and gives me the option to claim it but it wants a bunch of documents that I don't have??? I don't have a license OR a passport and it already has my SSN.. WHAT DO I DO? It doesn't even show my paypal balance in the "wallet" section. What's the point in using paypal if I can't even use the money I earn
