quick question regarding refunds via paypal and claims

i have read where it can take 30 days or more to resolve a dispute or claim with paypal. does that 30+ time limit start from the date the claim is filed. the reason i ask that is that paypal keeps pushing back my resolution date. i just want this done and over with so i can in turn cancel my paypal account. ty for any help i may receive in advance.

Paypal it appears are inundated with claims mainly from buyers that bought tat from these China websites or Social Media ads !
So all claims are being pushed back unfortunately.

As long as yours has been escalated from a dispute to a claim, and is still being reviewed then you have the chance of a refund.
Sadly you will have to wait it out in the long queue though.

Good luck with that one, not a good choice if you want them to bail you out from a bad seller but your call.

we will see what happens. sometimes it can be used as a "persuasive message" to "do the right thing and follow federal law."
