putting in a claim but it wont let me do it

im trying to claim back (refund)  on 2 sofas i got on ebay, they are 4 months old and are all broken, so i would like a refund but i cant seem to do it on paypal even though its in the 180 days....any ideas

How did you pay for them via paypal did you complete ebay checkout or pay direct via money request or ??
