I used paypal to make a purchase on ebay. I didn't realize but I wasn't signed into paypal when I made the purchase and made the purchase using paypal as a guest. Now my case is not able to be seen online. For the refund I need to provide online tracking information in the resolution center. How would I do that if my case doesn't show up in the resolution center?
