I have emailed them three times because the first two emails could not be sent and were returned with a mailer demon. I have yet to receive the product and have not received another email about them shipping it out.
The only email that actually worked was carrie powel 79 at a gmail address and I was able to save one of the phony emails which i'm sure someone here will recognize, service 123 at maicieba dot xyz , Really ? service 123 at maicieba XYZ ?

I got the exact same email on April 20th. This person going under the alias, "Carrie Powell" is scamming a lot of people & Paypal is not honoring their protection policy. They closed my case even though I've yet to receive my product, & Paypal has given me no reason as to why they sided with the seller. I have requested that Paypal give me a reason why they've sided with these scam artists, Still no answer. They should be ashamed. They should also freeze this persons acct until they research it more. I have reported Paypal & Weihingda Trading to the FTC. There are so many people on this community board that have complained, also some newspapers have written about this scam. Bait & switch. (Kansas City Star & Chicago Tribune) We are disgusted.
I received a Notice from Paypal yesterday that weihongda Trading Co had notified them that my Item had shipped. So I waited 'till today, and went to the Shipping Site of FEIA, entered the Tracking number that was given, and as stated by another complainant, it appears to also be Bogus/Phony as shown here...
i got my shipping info on 4/16 and it hasn't moved or updated once, still says "2020-04-19 18:06 ShenZhen, Order processed"
Well, under advice from a Paypal employee who'd responded here previously re: phony WTC emails and phony Tracking Info, today I bumped-up my Case from a Complaint to asking for a Refund. I'd saved and sent them all 8 photos of every email and Paypal communique re that purchase, including the last response/reply from Paypal saying the Seller had shipped, which gave the Tracking# & the Shipper's Co (FEIA) which with no surprise, is a Chinese Co. Yeah, guess what, the Tracking Co couldn't find that number in their system. So now it's back in Paypal's lap. It was only $49.98, but imao, and being from Montana, USA where honesty is based on the old way of a handshake, it's the lying and cheating of the Seller that has to be stopped cold in his/her tracks.
Same exact issue here. Same email responses from Weihongda. Product shows shipped with tracking in the Paypal dispute resolution. I have written my money off. It is not much in the grand scheme of things. I do not understand why paypal did not intercede earlier given the number of complaints. At this point I would be OK with paypal donating the money to charity. I just don't want Weihongda to get it.
I keep getting fake tracking numbers from this scammer! I hope Pay Pal is paying attention to this, this is ridiculous back us up on this Pay Pal!
