hi paypal i'v made a trade in a game for 113$ worth of items and then u just hold that money for 180days ... for god sakes why!

Sounds as if your paypal account has been limited and you can no longer use it.

They hold your funds for 180 days as that is the time allowed for buyers to open paypal disputes, if they do then paypal have the funds in your balance to refund those buyers.
