how  do I add a picture of damaged product requested by seller in my reply

I understand you are facing issues while trying to upload the requested documents/pictures.
Thank you for your response.
If you are experiencing difficulties when attempting to access your PayPal account or completing any action, please try clearing your cache and cookies or try using a different internet browser to access your account.
Also, please try restarting the router for better connectivity.
If you are attempting to log in through the mobile app, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this helps to resolve the issue.
I would also recommend you to try completing the steps using a laptop/desktop to get complete access to your PayPal account.
