i have been using paypal for a year and had no issues with them until i started selling on ebay. my account was placed on limited hold for new user. had to verify my info . i already did a year ago. ebay released the hold after item was cleared only to have paypal hold it for an additional 10 days. now i cannot use paypal anymore and they are holding my money for 180 days for a refund that was returned to me. i had to file with the bbb and saw so many complaints against paypal it was appauling. I just want my money released and have no furthur business with paypal ever again. but im getting the runaround.
