I have a limited account and the account was limited more than a year ago and I got an email in may this year saying your funds are available for withdrawal however I click withdraw and it says to go to the resolution centre and there is nothing there you cant contact pay pal whenever you call these guys they say no agent is available and when you email it comes back with a useless automated response can anyone help ???
