I have a dispute open since 25th June 2020. I purchased 2 items from an emay seller as new, both items arrived onsite but clearly both used/2nd Hand and damaged. I contacted the eBay seller who did not respond, I only got their Out of Office. I opened a compleint to eBay to told be to open a case with PayPal, i did this on the 25th June 2020. Now at the end of August the case resolution dates keep moving by 1 week each week. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
