i bought a bag for my daughter, it was described as perfect condition, it arrived filthy and damaged, i opend a dispute with paypal as the seller did not want to know, paypal then told me to send the bag back to the seller and provide tracking info, i did this 8 days ago and added the tracking info to the dispute, today paypal have emailed to say they have found in sellers favour due to invalid tracking info, i have cheked the tracking info and all is correct, the seller received the bag back a week ago and it was signed for by her.

how can paypal do this to me? i have checked the tracking info and it is all in the correct format, i now have no bag and no cash, paypal have totally let me down bigtime what can i do?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
Freephone from a UK landline or UK mobile number.
