I received counterfeit lululemon items from a fake chinese website, which has since been taken down. After 4 months of stringing me along in the resolution center, they finally sided with the seller. What am I supposed to do? The only option left is to report this to Amex. Is this was paypal is about now? What happened to buyer protection?
And they make it impossible to communicate the problem. I am going through same problem with a Roku fraud. Roku even said they don’t have an order from my email account. I showed that to PayPal they won’t budge.
