please if anyone can help , my paypal was limited a month ago bcs of a court order , and today my paypal is restored but my funds still on hold ! what should i do please ?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
