"You can't use PayPal anymore i have this message after chat with rebecca" , first i have a paypal account verified , and i have no probleme , i linking my bank account , my card , my phone number , i make all procesess , so , the probleme beggin when i want added money to my paypal by using my card , they ask me for my birthday , and my ssn !!! , after that i give all informations, paypal limit my account to added money , so i contact him asking to remove my limit , after chat i get the message :You can't use PayPal anymore
