im exhausted trying to reach paypal. disabled veteran & paid a service provider for services yesterday but paypal sent to wrong person. wrong person not responding. paypal hangs up on you & refers to website. my bank said paypal can easily do a stop-funds transaction and credit card back, so i can get correct person paid who is due immediately. this is ridiculous! $240!
What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?
1. Pending (with a clearance date) 2. Pending/Unclaimed with a cancel option. 3. Pending/Unclaimed withOUT a cancel option. 4. Payment or Sent. 5. Pending/Uncleared with a clearance date. 6. Pending awaiting authorisation.
