I placed a order or 5 items with my PayPal card and I didn’t receive the merchandise and put in a claim, then the seller sent sent a 1 item it was wrong. PayPal gave the claim to them. I put in a new claim explaining that I never received my order and PayPal told me that I had to ship it back to China and they would pay shipping if it was under $30. I sent it for $25.00 and I still am waiting for my money and now PayPal is saying that they aren’t going to pay the return shipping. It is half of the order. I was better off keeping the merchandise that they sent. PayPal are standing by their words. I don’t know what to do. Help!
