paypal let scammer wins the case

Hi everyone! 

Recently I have a case that really stressed me out. I got scammed by a buyer, she opened a case on paypal said item never received while the item is still in transit. Paypal later on decided that scammer won the case and I wad forced to refund her. And now I got the proof of delivery from the post office, I tried to message paypal and I got no response from paypal. Is there a chance I can get my money back?

Sadly not, it must have taken a long time for the item to arrive as claims are taking a long while to finish at the moment.

Was it international and you sent it the slowest way or did it just get lost in the post for a while?

You could try reaching out to the buyer and asking them to pay again or sending them a money request maybe?
