paypal has limitations on my account despite my customers having verified receipt of goods. I have been on hold for over two hours. ive tried to send messages via the website but they provide no way to send those messages so I can type them in but not send. tried on my iphone and computer. my money is in available funds but they wont let me transfer it to my bank siting these "limitations" please someone help
Most limitations don't allow a user to withdraw funds while the account is affected by a restriction. You'll need to resolve the restriction first before being able to withdraw your funds. My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
