I open a dispute in PayPal about I order from autodoc the autodoc said is maximum 1 month to arrive the order is almost 2 months and the item still in germany ... I open a dispute in PayPal and first said will give a resulotion in 4 January after in 15 after 18 and after in 25 ... omg I don't understand what paypal waiting and only support the seller .... is waiting to arrive the item and after to tell me your item is on your destination go and received we don't refund your money .... I will never ever use paypal again

Paypal it appears are inundated with claims mainly from buyers that bought tat from these China websites or Social Media ads !
So all claims are being pushed back unfortunately.

As long as yours has been escalated from a dispute to a claim, and is still being reviewed then you have the chance of a refund.
Sadly you will have to wait it out in the long queue though.
