Please, for my Case ID: PP-D-80977208, I bought a good from a Chinese seller, and he sent me totally unusable and not what I asked for ( a small metallic black box fitting hand palm instead of a hair curler!!!) and Paypal decision was to sent him this box on my own charge to receive the refund!!!!!!! so should I pay 60 or 70 $ to receive 20 $? Though it was not my fault at all? I got scammed and now you are giving the opportunity for this seller to do it again and again because actually, no one will be able to pay this charge so he/ she will close his case and leave the paid amount he paid for this scamming sellers!!! This was totally unfair, I will return it through a paid label or if he will pay for the shipping because he is the one who sent it wrongly not me!!!
