paypal credit transactions showing up in my summary as a negative transaction and in my credit card too . don't understand

Dear @soundedior,

Your PayPal balance could be negative because:

• You tried to make a payment using your bank account, but your bank was having technical problems or there wasn’t enough money in your account to cover the payment.
• A refund was issued on your behalf to cover a buyer complaint.
• A payment that wasn’t eligible for Seller Protection was reversed.
• An unauthorized payment was made from your PayPal account.

A quick review of recent account activity might show why you have a negative balance.

Here’s how to review your account activity:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Your recent transactions will be under the 'Completed' header.

Note:

• If your account balance is negative because of insufficient funds, you can bring your negative balance to zero by adding money to your account.
• If your balance is negative because of unauthorized activity in your account, you can report it in the Resolution Center. To report unauthorized activity, log in to your PayPal account and click Resolve a problem in our Resolution Center.
