hello, i have open case against ebay seller. my item was not as described and it is 15th day since seller responded to case and still there is no update on anything. on case i see that last update was on 15 aug but i didn't received any email from paypal or seller. what is going on? i am messaging paypal but all i hear is that case is in queue for review but i think something is going on.
