paypal accepting fraudulent data in resolution debates

i recently purchased an item and was paid for using paypal-----the item never arrived----i notified paypal that the item never arrived and all attempts to contact the seller were ignored-----the seller provided a tracking # which turns out was for an item I had purchased from another seller a month earlier than the current purchase---THEY PROVIDED FRAUDULENT TRACKING INFO---paypal accepted this fraudulent info and resolved the conflict in the sellers favor-----there are fraudulent transactions taking place and paypal is allowing them to happen-----what do you folks recommend for further action----paypal will not reopen the case----thanks

I had the exact same experience.  Pay pal accepted the false tracking information and I lost my money.  I can only guess that we will have to wait until they start answering their phone number again.  But I've totally lost confidence in them.
